Since we do not transact business on this site, no sensitive information will be captured, displayed, or stored on this website.

Personal information available on this site includes the HOA member names, email addresses, property addresses, and phone numbers. Personal information is available only to logged-in members. No information is sold or shared outside of the Association.

Online membership is limited to individuals who are members of the Centre Hills Homeowners Association. The registration for online membership includes a manual review of submitted requests against the HOA’s records.

Occasionally, a service provider such as a website designer or software troubleshooter may be provided temporary access to the admin backend or service provider’s control panel. Such access will be time limited with access expiring at the conclusion of the service provided. In such cases, the board will determine the need for and the terms of any non-disclosure agreement in order to maintain the privacy of our members.
