History

The Centre Hills Homeowners’ Association for Phase III of the Centre Hills development was formed in 1998 as a requirement under the College Township Subdivision Regulation since Phase III has restrictive covenants for which all property owners should have a listing.

Development occurred throughout the 1990s and the early 2000s on Greenbriar Drive, Tulira Lane, Ballybunion Road, and up Hunter Ave. The upper stretch of Haymaker Road was the most recently developed area.

Some plots remain undeveloped, including one near the top of Haymaker Road and one or two along the cul-de-sac at the intersection of Greenbriar and Tulira Lane.
