To All Homeowners:
Sharing a link to the Minutes of the 2023 Annual Membership Meeting held in August is now available. A couple of key takeaways:
- Changes in the Board and Association officers – John Yen joins as Secretary of the board, Bernie Rodgers moves to Treasurer. Rose Marboe remains on the board in an at-large capacity. We want to thank her for the role as Treasurer since 2020.
- Membership dues remain the same at $35 per year for each lot owned. Watch for more information in the first quarter of 2024.
- Capital Reserve (for possible major repair and maintenance of the storm drain outlet structures) has been set at $10,000 and will be invested in an interest bearing account.
The website has been updated with copies of the minutes from 2023 board meetings and an update to the membership directory (in pdf format).
You’ll remember the Family Membership Directory Booklet was updated and printed in May 2023. Extra copies are available. Contact Bernie Rodgers at rodgerbj@outlook.com.
